INTERESTING STORY FROM 8.3 !!!

 

      Last month, we were from 8.3 grade practiced to prepare for P5 Sentramas project, which was "Begalan" in our class.

      At that time when the selection of traditional Banyumas that we would show, we were given several choices by the teacher and we chose to show "Begalan". After that, we continued by choosing the chat the discussion about the bridegroom, we were confused about who would get it. But there was one boy who immediately volunteered as a groom. Finally, we were glad because there was a volunteer. But, when our friend asked who wanted to be a bride, suddenly he said that he didn't want a girl except a boy. We were shocked because it was impossible to have a same-sex marriage. Suddenly, there was a boy who wanted to be a bride. All of us laughed out loud because it was so funny. It was impossible to be a transgender. Lol. characters that we would play. At first, our homeroom teacher agreed about it. But at last, he disagreed with the bridegroom. It was appropriate that he didn't agree because same-sex marriage is a tradition. So we discussed again about the bride and persuaded the groom to agree to pair the girl. Finally, one of the girls in our class wanted to be a bride and the groom agreed to it. OK, on the first day of our exercise, we still read the dialogue unserious. Still laughing, playing cards or cellphones, etc. Until the person in charge of this stage got angry and tired. But it's OK, they could handle it well.  Next week, at the next exercise, we went to Andhang Pangrenan, and from 10 a.m. until 01 p.m. at Andhang Pangrenan. We were excited because we practiced seriously. But there was a friend who was playing a seesaw while memorizing the dialogue then falling instead. Lol. However, our other friends focused on the memorization of the dialogue, and we also started thinking about the costume because we had appeared only for a week.  The next day, we memorized the text of the dialogue but the dialogue was even longer replaced. We felt tired and wanted to give up. But we had to try so that the result was the same as our expectation.  We looked back at seeing our cell phone and read a new dialogue. As usual, we still did other activities excluding the practice. At that time, we tried to practice while counting time, but it turned out we were running out of time or the time was too short. So we decided to add from the beginning of the bridegroom and there were interlocking each other throwing betel leaves and breaking eggs and we also added the funniest scene. Did you know the funniest of the scene?  The additional scene was the role of the merchant jumping while dancing in the middle of carrying a picture (actually it still used a seat of a chair that had been separated from his chair). Lol. It was funny. The character of the merchant was our friend named "Bhumi". He was funny when dancing with his silly face and made everyone laugh. Lol. Then at that time, there was a moment when we had our exercises without the teacher beside us. We took a long time to condition the other because they were unserious until they made the others angry with what they did. Our time was also wasted a lot so the exercise was just a few times. The next day, we returned to the exercise full of morning and while rethinking the equipment we needed, there we were bothered because we also had to condition the others too. Suddenly our teacher entered the class and donated his household items. We felt so happy, finally, there was also help, so it didn't need to confuse the equipment needed especially. Continuing on the next exercise, we started serious training and we started memorizing seriously and didn't play around again. Two days before the day we performed. We began to think because they had not memorized the dialogue, we had not made a potential for traders because so far we used.

    The longer-based cores to be used for a while during training and others. One day before performing, we began collecting goods and began to make a pot. When making a pot for the merchant, we also made it with enthusiasm because we made it while laughing continuously. It was funny when we tied strongly using scout rope then the scout stick could not be upright to stand. Finally, we decided to add a stick again as the contrast would be able to stand up straight, it turned out we lacked a rope, so we finally bought using go-send. When the rope arrived, we continued the work and made a box. Then while making a picture, we called to the front to carry out rehearsal. It was so hot because we were under the sunlight. There were some complaints of heat, tiredness, etc. But we must go on. Then we started fluently to pronounce the dialogue and memorized how to mimic and gestures would be shown tomorrow. After finishing our practice, we went back to the class while carrying a chair, table, etc. When we went back to our class, we were shocked because the school was a blackout at the time and we immediately felt the shaker plus the heat that was burning even though we were expecting that when we were in our class, we would feel the cold of the AC. And the long-awaited day was come. On Thursday, February 6th, 2025 we performed. The morning was sunny and the sun was rising well. We did our makeup in the rental place and went early. The girls went earlier because they took a long time to make up. The boys waited outside waiting for them to turn so that the girls finished make up. And it turned out that the girls were very long. So the boys began to feel annoyed. Lol. We finished all the make up then we went to school.  After we arrived at school, we entered the classroom and practiced again before performing and memorizing the dialogue again, so we would not forget it. Our class got a fourth appearance after 7.4 grade. Before performing, we prayed according to their respective trust in advance to be smooth and convenient. Finally, the time to perform. We were nervous, not confident attacked us. But we also still performed with trust and confidence because we could not give the show without the expectations that we wanted and wasted our practice time

    After performing, we took pictures together in the field and the class. Alhamdulillah, we were relieved and so happy, because we performed great and according to the expectations we wanted, we also spent a lot of energy that was not in vain to make a memory that was never forgotten.
